Starting January 1, 2003, Northeast Sammamish Sewer and Water District began offering rebates for energy efficient
clothes washers that conserve water. Only purchases of qualifying Energy Star washers are eligible for the rebate. See the
Energy Star website for qualifying washers.
The District started this rebate program to further enhance its conservation program and fulfill its commitment to protecting the
environment. The qualifying Energy Star washers
use much less energy and water than conventional washers.

| Program Guidelines |
|
• Must be a current water customer of Northeast Sammamish Sewer and Water District
• Only one $50 rebate per customer/household
• Rebate available to homeowners only
• Washer purchased must be a qualified Energy Star make and model
• Must complete application and submit to District with original proof of purchase receipt
• Rebate check will be mailed out approximately 6 to 8 weeks after receipt of application

• Purchase a qualified washer from any appliance store
• Print out rebate application form and fill in all requested information
• Return one copy of completed rebate form and original proof of purchase receipt to:
